Affiliated FM’s online training courses are designed to help our broker partners and clients understand some of the most common and costly property loss prevention hazards and then outline practical steps to mitigate them.

Upon registration, these courses are free to Affiliated FM brokers and clients, take less than one hour to complete, and can be accessed 24 hours a day, seven days a week from any computer connected to the Internet—no downloads required!
 
Participants can pause their training at any point, and return to complete the course at a time that’s convenient for them. Upon successful completion of a course, participants can then print a customized course completion certificate.
 
In addition to the full courses, we also offer executive summaries of each course to provide an overview of the hazard and course contents in a short yet informative format. New courses and summaries are constantly being developed to ensure our training remains on the cutting edge of property loss prevention issues.

For Affiliated FM Clients

Our online training courses are designed to provide an understanding of a specific hazard and then outline the practical steps clients can take to implement programs to reduce their exposures.

Courses are geared toward facility managers, maintenance managers and their staff, and can be incorporated into in-house training programs. There’s no limit to the number of employees a single client can register. Clients can also register third-party contractors and contract employees. In addition, managers can track the performance and progress of those taking the course.
