Sustainability Coverage Endorsement

Affiliated FM’s innovative new two-part Sustainability coverage endorsement is designed to help clients facilitate sustainable practices at their facilities.

The Sustainability Endorsement includes the Risk Improvement Coverage Endorsement, which allows clients to transfer some of the risk, after a loss occurs, for improving risk quality at the location where the loss occurred.

Additionally, our Sustainability Endorsement includes our Green Coverage Endorsement, which provides clients an opportunity to more easily upgrade physically damaged portions of a facility utilizing “green” materials and practices.

Combined, this unique two part Sustainability endorsement provides clients creative strategies to help them complete risk improvement objectives at their facilities and proactively address targeted risk improvement opportunities. This coverage will supplement our client’s sustainable and green efforts by providing an additional means to facilitate risk improvement at their facilities. In addition, clients are likely to want the green upgrade option as a component of their recovery options.

Both the Risk Improvement Coverage Endorsement and the Green Coverage Endorsement can be purchased separately or together as the Sustainability Endorsement, and both are available on a location-by-location basis.
